Carolina Coffee Roasting Company was formed in 1992 to preserve the fine tradition of small batch coffee roasting. We operated two lively coffee shops, and in 2003 we chose to devote ourselves exclusively to roasting while working with our wholesale partners. Our esteemed Roast Master has devoted his career to the study of coffee bean cultivation, selection, roasting and blending.
Our coffees are roasted in small batches. This has several benefits. First and foremost, it ensures that our coffee that leaves the roastery is very fresh. Roasting in small batches also allows precise control over the roasting profile, giving us the ability to perfect each coffee.
We research and select our coffees from among the finest quality Arabica beans from Indonesia, South and Central America and Africa. We proudly purchase coffees that contribute to saving delicate ecosystems of coffee growing communities. We offer Fair Trade, Organic and Rain Forest Alliance coffees to our customers.
In addition to our coffees, we offer our customers a wide range of teas, syrups, sauces, drink mixes, espresso and coffee brewing equipment, blenders and other café smallware and supplies. Our Barista training is expert and comprehensive; it includes living manual and on-going training program materials.
